Return and Refund Policy

Nature of Photography Services

wickwrcraftis provides professional photography services, which are custom-created and personalized to each client's needs. Due to the custom nature of our services, standard return policies may not apply in the same way as physical products.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule photography sessions subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be arranged at no additional charge with sufficient advance notice

Refund Policy

Refunds for photography services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be provided
Client-initiated cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above
Once photography services have been completed and images delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there is a significant service failure

Image Revisions

We strive to deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the delivered images, we offer revision services as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
